For May through June 2025, I’m offering 1-hour coaching sessions per displaced leader, totaling 15 hours of donated time.  

The criteria is as follows:

• You are an NELC member.  
• You are currently unemployed or have been formally notified that you are at risk for being laid off in near the future
• You’d like to partner with a coach for support in moving forward (i.e., figuring out what’s next in your career, dealing with a particular challenge, advancing a certain leadership skill, considering different career options, etc.)

This offering is NOT:

• Resume or Linkedin profile writing services

This offering expires June 30, 2025, or at 15 hours completed, whichever is sooner.

Note: Before your session, consider how you will articulate a challenge that you would like to work on (e.g., “I’m considering a different career path, but I’m hesitating”, “I’m getting interviews but not hearing back. I need to figure out a different approach”, “I was completely caught off guard by my termination.  I think I need help processing this “, “I received some feedback before my job was eliminated and I want to improve in a particular areas”, etc.). Coaching is a confidential process designed to help leaders move forward and towards their potential.  Information you share will not be disclosed to anyone outside of the coaching session.
